How often should I rotate or replace my tires?

You should rotate your tires every 6,000 miles to keep wear uniform. You want to consider replacing your tires once the wear gets to 4/32 of tread depth, once they reach 2/32 or the tread wear bar is flush with the tread you should replace your tires in order to maintain safe driving conditions.

What types of oils are there and what are the differences?

There are 3 classes of oil we use; the first class is a conventional motor oil and that should be changed every 3 months/3,000 miles, the next is a semi-synthetic motor oil and that should be changed every 6 months/6,000 miles and the last class is a full synthetic and that should be changed every 9 months/9,000 miles.

How often should I have my vehicle's air filter replaced?

You should change the air filter on your vehicle approximately every 16,000-20,000 miles on average dependent on the type of environment you are driving in.

Does my vehicle have nitrogen in the tires and what is the benefit?

Most commonly your vehicles stem covers will have a green cap if you have nitrogen in your tires, if you have air in your tires we can get it changed out to pure nitrogen for $20 dollars with a lifetime free refills on that package. Nitrogen may improve your fuel economy and decrease the chances of dry rot within your tires.

How do I connect my phone to my vehicle via bluetooth?

Most recent models have the ability to connect your phone to the vehicles media center via bluetooth, the easiest way to do this is follow the instructions described in the video below. Will this repair be covered by my warranty?

Many items are covered under the initial factory warranty but issues still need to be diagnosed and verified prior to the work being completed under warranty. The general process involves the inspection of the current warranty coverage and a vehicle diagnosis, once that is completed your advisor can let you know if it will be covered under warranty in accordance with the manufacturer.

Do I get a loaner vehicle during a repair?

We do not offer loaner vehicles during repairs, but we do have a few options. We can either get you a courtesy ride to anywhere in the Grand Forks or East Grand Forks area or we do have rentals available to our customers during the repair process. Your rental may be covered under certain conditions such as warranty, please contact our rental desk or your service advisor for more details.

Do I need an appointment to get my oil changed?

You do not need an appointment with our 3 express PDQ oil change lanes which are first come first serve, if you would like we also offer an appointment lane to make sure we do not take any more of your valuable time. So contact us today to schedule your appointment.

How long will it take to fix my vehicle?

Although the time frame is directly related to the type of repair being performed we do ask to expect a half to a full day up front. Once your vehicle has been diagnosed your service advisor will be able to give you a more accurate time frame of your repair process.

How much will it cost to diagnose my vehicle?

The time it takes to diagnose a repair is directly dependent on they issue. Our hourly rate is $127.10 per hour and will be prorated to the time it takes to find your issue, your service advisor should be able to give you an estimated time frame and cost for your diagnosis.
