We had the opportunity to work with Craig Croaker’s assistant Jenny Krout on our first visit and we were very pleased with her knowledge and personality. Jenny continued to provide assistance to learn the many electronics in our 2025 Enclave. Craig and Jenny did an awesome job and we had a very good experience!

Great service an communication

My experience was good considering the circumstances. My sales guy Tyler was great, was up front and honest with me. The only part that was disappointing was I only got $1,000 for trade in. Yes, my car had a broken crankshaft. However, it was a 2017 so once fixed I think would be worth more. The 2017 Terrain has been nothing but a nightmare. 2 rear seals have gone out in it. Overhaul motor the first time, brand new motor the 2nd time. And now a broken crankshaft. I just put on brand new tires 2 months ago. I've worked hard getting the Terrain paid off and only had a couple months left. Yet, I got nothing for it.

Shane made sure the work was completed that same day, even though the appointment was at 3:30, so it isn't guaranteed to be finished that day I was told when I got there. I was very thankful for it getting done since I live 40 minutes from Grand Forks. Thank you so much Shane!!!

Had a 730 appointment for software update. He got someone on it right away, so I waited around to see if it took right away. It did so I didn't have to catch a ride. In and out, just the way I like it.

oil change and tire rotation were great..5 stars...the payment of the bill not so smooth. the clerk told me that I could use My Chevrolet points to cover the bill. She needed my membership number to do that. Of course I did not have it available so paid my bill. By the time I got home (10 minutes), I had an email from the same clerk with my membership number. I could have waited the 10 minutes and used the rewards points to pay. That was a slap in the face!

Well.... I am overall happy about my experience, but it was stated that the car I chose was leasing for $400. It was also stated that the first monthly quote provided which was over $400 would go down with good credit. The total price came to $471, and after my credit check which I was given props for, the price still did not go down at all. This is rather disappointing. The $400 mark would have been a much better fit. I do appreciate my sales associate very much, but I do not feel these quotes should have been stated if they were in fact not true at all.

Service was good. Because my vehicle was under warranty my repair had to wait for availability of a mechanic which took 10 days.

The Dealership accommodated all my requests from the beginning to the end, timely and professionally.

I really like the virtual wait app, so nice tells me when to start heading that way and when I arrive tells me what door to pull up to, service managers are always nice and they always tell you if additional work needs to be done.

The car was cleaned but I brought it in for a cigarette smell from the previous owner and the cigarette smell is still there? Would like to consult with a sales rep if I am needing another cleaning in the near future. Other than that I was satisfied with the fine detail. Windows were nice inside and out, and the small corners nicely cleaned out.They just missed one thing the odometer plastic cover. If they could completely get rid of the cigarette smell, and didn't forget the odometer plastic it would have been a 5 star but because of these two things I docked two stars. Maybe the cigarette smell is not their fault and needs more cleaning but I wold like the smell to be gone.

I like the way the staff deal in a friendly down to earth manner with their customers. A person doesn't have to feel uncomfortable dealing with staff. If something needs to be discussed regarding repairs they take you right to the issue and discuss what needs to be done . I like that because that eliminates any surprises.

I needed several services done. I had an oil change, a belt replaced, new tires installed, and tires aligned. All work was done in a timely manner. I needed a ride home while my car was in the shop and a driver was available right away. I received phone calls from my service provider to let me know what they were working on. I was very pleased with the friendly, helpful service providers.

As lease was scheduled to end in June, I had been in a week earlier, and discussed with a rep what I was looking for. He looked in the system and didnt see anything. A week later, Mike called, and we discussed what I wanted. He then went to see what options were available. A few minutes later he called back and said one that was close had actually arrived the day before. I came in and test drove it, loving the car. Mike seemed young and not as experienced, but did great, and was pleasant to work with. What he lacked, I'm sure will be strengths very soon. We closed the deal within a couple of hours, and I was on my way. The car didnt have everything I wanted, but was very very close, and Im really happy. With the threat of tariffs looming, I was happy to get this done

Very friendly staff , Peter was very helpful in answering our questions and concerns, also very patient with us in trying to narrow down the best vehicle for us and in our budget we had planned for . l know that he is new to your organization and dealership but you would be well to retain him. We would certainly welcome the opportunity to work with him in the future if or when we decide to upgrade again. We never really felt pressured , we were shown multiple options , when he did not have the exact answer for us he sought out Paul or other staff to get us the necessary answers and information. Overall this was a great experience , excluding the weather , the snow and wind we could have done without but unfortunately that was out of anyone's control !!!!!Thank you.

Kevin wasn’t the best salesperson. He was rather pushy and then once we bought the car he seemed to rush us out of the dealership. No free car wash voucher even! We have purchased several cars from Rydell and this was disappointing compared to previous experiences. Thankfully, Casper was able to negotiate on the trade in for my car and so we mostly communicated with him. Jordan was not helpful with negotiating on our trade in either. So, thanks to Casper we bought a Chevy Blazer from Rydell. Had it not been for him, we would have totally walked away.

My 2024 GMC AT4 has been in 3 times in 1.5 weeks. Turbo NOX Sensor and then found a leaking turbo seal which could not be fixed in the same event. Thus a 2nd event, same week. Then lost all battery power and got it running. Rydell found many stored codes indicating issues. In that same event last Wednesday they determined the truck also had a seal leak on the transmission and rear pinion, but could not repair in the same event. No need to reschedule. Picked the truck up on Wednesday March 19th and the warranty claim was not correct as it had me paying for the warranty claim. Attendant, had to go to a Service Advisor and correct. The service department at Rydell's is second-to-none! The shop is clean, the staff are personable and efficient. As someone who formerly owned and operated an automotive service facility, I can tell you that customer service in the shop is job#1. Rudy was my service advisor and he and the team did a great job getting me in and out in a timely and courteous manner.

I am not fully satisfied with this service experience. I utilized the pickup/drop off service from my employer (AE2S) for an oil change and tire rotate. The vehicle was returned to me with the “replace engine air filter soon” message still on. My phone call with the dealer the next day confirmed (and the returned paperwork) confirmed that the air filter had not been inspected or replaced, despite the warning light coming on each time the vehicle is started. I also assume this is part of the normal inspection points of an oil change. Finally, the service rep the following day did not apologize nor seem overly concerned that this was missed, only that he could schedule me to come back. I now will be inconvenienced a second time to get my vehicle in for the air filter replacement.

The virtual process is so easy! The crew did and excellent job and the tech lead quickly had my wipers replaced so that I didn't have to schedule another visit.

Poor scheduling, poor communication, poor courtesy driver experience. My husband will not return and said he’ll go to a place that services at the scheduled time and not a day-long queue with no communication for a 30 minute vehicle inspection.

We purchased a car from Rydell in July of 2024. Jay Turner was our salesperson, he made our purchase enjoyable instead of stressful. When the car was being prepared for us two new tires were installed on the front of the vehicle. That was great, but when we brought the car in for an oil change the other two tires were replaced under the Nice Care Program, that was awesome. The other times we have been there the people are very friendly and helpful. We plan to bring our vehicles to Rydell's for repairs and servicing from now on whenever we can. Thank you for your service and friendliness.

My windshield was replaced. The first windshield came with flaws so I returned a second time with an hour plus drive to have it replaced I appreciated I was given a loaner car to use while the work was completed.

I enjoy the price on the windshield that is basically at the bottom low price which allows me to shop late and on Sundays as it turned out. Online I had a couple questions on Sunday and my sales person responded that very day. We started some correspondence and in short order, had a meeting planned For a test drive. It all went very smooth from start to finish and was able to install a couple accessories as well.

My experience was absolutely great!! I spent a hour with the salesman and after choosing the vehicle I decided to buy an hour later I was driving away in my new vehicle.

I do not understand why the service department would not stop the radio ap Serius from coming up everytime I start my vehicle. This is a great annoyance. They said I needed to call Serius and get them to stop it. If I had known this was the situation, I would not have purchased the vehicle. I purchased a new vehicle so that I would not have to deal with things like this. Judy

Surge tank was running low, and I was concerned I had a leak on my new 2024 Chevy LZO 3.0 L Diesel. They tested everything and said it was fine. That is what I was hoping. Good service all around by everyone. Rod was excellent.

I had a 5 star experience with the service department and therefore said that I would give the dealership a chance the next time I was in the market for a car. The salesman and financial officer were both extremely easy to work with--the salesman went above and beyond with a few changes in my schedule. He found what I was looking for and provided it at a reasonable price.

I went to have a light bulb replaced on my 2014 Sierra. After a couple of hours waiting, I checked on the progress of my truck. The guy I asked said, "I'll do it right now." And he did. Of course, it took some time because it's an involved job (not as simple as it used to be in my day, lol). Then, as I was paying, he recognized me from a contact I'd had with his father so we had a great and fun conversation. That was great customer service! I would give 5 stars except for the wait I had to go through in order to get that service. But, as they say, it definitely was worth the wait (I had an appointment, I wasn't a walk in). I'm totally thrilled and impressed with you guys.

It was a good experience. The salesman I worked with was friendly and knowledgeable. I had planned to spend less on a trim package with less options but we had a good test drive and I felt I received a fair offer for my trade, so I went with a nicer option that was available on the lot. I’m hoping to add some gm accessories soon and maybe talk someone into giving me a free chevy hat!

Everything went well except I talked twice with the guy who meet me at the door about putting new windshield wipers on my pickup and drove out and they were the same old ripped wipers on had in the first place.

Over 90 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. Arrived at 9:50 for 10:00am appointment. Truck wasn’t ready till after 11:30am. Checked the “recall” in the online booking and was told “there’s no fix yet” with regards to 6.2L engine recall. Not sure why this took better part of 2 hours then???? Loyal customer but disappointed.

Spoke with Cody Paul who introduced me to the alignment tech, who explained the alignment process and limitations of the rear wheel camber and toe in adjustments, which I had previously encountered premature excessive tire wear , which were adjusted to the manufacturer’s specs specific to the 2019 corvette grand sport (adjusted to perform well on a race track and not for a daily driver). Every time we bring our vehicle in to Rydells to get warranty work done it comes back with something else wrong with it that wasn't broken before we brought it in.

Paid $210 for a diagnostic that wasn’t correct and they wouldn’t relook at my car even after we told them we had checked the alternator and we ended up getting a new alternator and still wasn’t fixed bc it was a loose cable issue that my husband ended up having to find and fix bc the dealership said there was no way it was a cable or computer issue it had to be an alternator for the year make and model of my vehicle but weren’t willing to relook at car when we told them we tested battery alternator and starter and they all passed inspection PRIOR to bringing there so we wanted another opinion.

The body shop made repairs to the tailgate on my 2022 GMC 1500 Sierra. Everything looked good, however the tailgate step was not aligned correctly. We took it back to the body shop and they realigned the tailgate promptly. Would recommend Rydell to others.

My parents and I visited Rydell Chevrolet GMC after exploring the Rydell Honda dealership. We were met right away by Jenny. I asked her about the differences between the trims of the various Chevy Equinoxes. She then introduced me to her colleague, Craig. He shared the differences and then asked if I was interested in the RS on the floor. We were at the dealership for about four hours, during which we looked at vehicles, had my trade-in evaluated by Paul Miller, and demonstrated all the functions inside my new vehicle. The whole team at Rydell's was amazing. Craig and Jenny worked with me on getting my payment to where I felt comfortable. My parents are 77, and my dad is on oxygen. Jenny and Craig did a wonderful job making all of us feel right at home. I truly felt like my friends were trying to sell me the car. Both Craig and Jenny were busy helping others, but they always checked in with us to see if we needed anything or if there was anything they could get for us. It was a very relaxed atmosphere. I appreciated how Paul initiated looking at numbers and Craig's expertise in sharing information about extended warranties and their costs. Jenny was amazing at helping me go through the paperwork and sign it all, as well as walking me through the options for controls within my car. I can truly say that I felt all the members I worked with were trying to find me the right price and vehicle, specifically tailored to me. I want to emphasize again that I felt cared about, and it wasn't just about them making a sale.

Was not very impressed called in to make appointment for a certain date . they told me I was to be in line at 2:30. so I was there for the oil change at 2:30 they came out and said my time was for 2pm. I showed them the email for 2:30 now I lost my time and would have to wait around till there was another opening about 45 minutes later they got me in.

This is the 3rd time I have come here to purchase a car in 2025 alone (walked away with 2). The team is always friendly and upfront. I gave them a number that I wanted to be at to make the deal on the spot. This time like the first I walked away with a vehicle. The one time I didn't they were just as friendly but simply said they could not get me there. I will always go there first. The experience is quick and efficient. Never felt overly pressured and never feel like they are trying to get over on me like many other dealerships.

Was shown the multipoint inspection sheet, then he walked away. We followed, assuming it was done and he pointed us out to the shop. Once there, the truck wasn't done and we're pointed toward the cashier office. At no point did anyone say it wasn't done, or where we should go. This was only our second time there and the first time they handled everything for us at the receptionist desks, who were great to deal with (Nick). Just a little more customer communication would have been nice. We came from an hour away for our second oil change and tire rotation.

They were very professional and very nice. I went in for a tire rotation and an oil change, and they noticed that I had a leak in a fuel line from the pump and one misshapen tire. So that all was taken care of too to prevent me from having dire problems in the future. I'm very pleased and impressed. Cody is the person I deal with most, and he is wonderful! He will keep me coming back and recommending you to others.

We were treated very well

I had a cracked sunroof housing which the car was needed for warranty repairs. In replacing the sunroof parts, other parts were damaged during the repair causing the car to need more parts to finish the repair. My appointment was on Thursday morning. Thursday afternoon i was made aware of the other damaged parts and told the car would be needed until Tuesday to finish the repair. I was also told that they were working with sales to arrange a vehicle for me to drive in the meantime and they would let me know on Friday. I did not receive a call on Friday. I did not have anything to drive until Tuesday afternoon, when i got my vehicle back only to find the wind deflector was now damaged and would not be fixed until Thursday. I did take the vehicle on Tuesday and brought it back Thursday to finish the repairs. Not an ideal situation.

When they showed me my air filters needed to be changed I told them I couldn't afford it and they went ahead and changed the cabin filter for free because the manager didn't want me driving with that bad filter. Thank you so much!👍
